Sin Yolanda is seeking experienced, motivated, and leadership-driven individuals to join our Management Team in the Houston Downtown area. We are looking for leaders who are passionate about hospitality, team development, operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
We are currently hiring for:
- Front of House Managers
- Back of House Managers

Position ResponsibilitiesFront of House Managers
- Oversee daily dining room and bar operations
- Lead and support Front of House staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and barbacks
- Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality standards
- Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout service
Back of House Managers
- Supervise kitchen operations and Back of House staff
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper presentation
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
- Assist with inventory, ordering, prep management, and labor control
- Support training and development of kitchen staff
- Maintain efficiency during high-volume service
Bar Managers / Bar Leads
- Oversee daily bar operations and support bar staff
- Maintain liquor inventory and assist with ordering and cost control
- Ensure consistency and quality of beverages and guest experience
- Monitor bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with alcohol service regulations
- Train and support bartenders and barbacks
- Help create a high-energy and guest-focused bar atmosphere
- Lead by example during high-volume service and assist with team development
Assistant Managers
- Support overall restaurant operations and management team
- Assist both Front and Back of House departments as needed
- Help oversee staff performance, scheduling, and daily operations
- Ensure company standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Step into leadership roles during busy shifts and operational needs
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality, and customer service
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
