Frontier Physical Medicine is hiring a Sales Assistant for our busy office in Clearwater!
Duties & responsibilities of the position include:
1. Handling patient billing questions and finance questions
2. Handling paperwork for the Sales Manager so that they can focus on new patients
3. Updating the CRM on a daily basis
4. Handling all leads that come in on a daily basis & scheduling them to come into the office for an appointment
5. Handling all leads that come in from dinner talk events
6. Doing event confirmations & patient scheduling confirmations and patient scheduling confirmations for in office visits
7. Tracking resign & upsell opportunities & working with the medical team to ensure they see the Sales Manager
8. Handling logistics for financing platforms & debugging any tech issues with financing providers
The Sales Assistant must have excellent communications skills and be fiscally motivated.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales as well as Healthcare and must be able to communicate to patients regarding insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
