Personal Care Aide (PCA) / In-Home Caregiver
Pay: $14 – $15.00 per hour
Location: Services Horry County
Schedule: WEEKENDS- other work throughout the week would be available
About the Role
We Care Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) / In-Home Caregivers to support seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. This is a non-medical position focused on helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We Care Home Care LLC has recently combined our sister companies — Grand Strand Comfort Care LLC and Trusted Home Care LLC — allowing us to expand services, increase caregiver support, and provide more consistent hours. We now proudly serve clients across Conway, Little River, Myrtle Beach, and Charleston, SC.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, tidying)
- Prepare light meals and snacks
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings
- Observe, document, and report changes in condition or safety concerns
What You Need
- Prior caregiving experience (highly preferred)
(Professional, agency, facility, or personal caregiving experience accepted)
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and trustworthy attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Do you have a reliable phone with reliable service? You will need to be comfortable using apps to pick up shifts, view your schedule, and client information, as well as clocking in and out. Are you comfortable with that responsibility?
