Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Onsite. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation with staff members.
Duties
- daily report, keep track of attendance, new hire onboarding, follow up with clients on any open orders, safety observation, communicate with Branch office with new orders, ensure employees are working safe, any corrective action, disciplinary actions, taking application, data entry,
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a staffing agency as on Onsite or recruiter
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must be able to work M-F 3pm- 12:30am
- Must be able to work weekends when needed
- Must be able to Multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
