Greeter
We are seeking a professional and courteous Host(ess) to join our team. As a Host, you will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable. You will also be responsible for managing reservations, answering phone calls, cash register operations and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Key Responsabilities:

Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.

Greeting guests politely and escorting them to the table.

Upon seating, provide guests a menu and inform them of their server’s name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.

Ensure that there are plenty of menus and all menus are well wiped, are free of stains or spots and are complete.

Ensure cleanliness is maintained in dining room, bathrooms, entryway, and reception.

Monitor and observe members and guests experience thru a quality check. Ensure members and guests are satisfied with the food, beverages, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

Communicates areas in need of attention to staff and follow up to ensure follow through and attention to detail.

Manage restaurant reservations book and ensure that all reservations are catered for.

Plan out the seating chart and organize the reservations.
Job Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Working Conditions may include:
