About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, long-term Vending Route Float / Warehouse Support team member to join our operations team. This position plays a critical role in keeping vending routes running smoothly during vacations, call-offs, and peak workload periods.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and support daily vending routes from the warehouse
- Verify totes, bins, and food products for assigned routes
- Load fresh food and filler products into coolers as needed
- Ride along with drivers to learn routes and assist as needed
- Cover routes during vacations, call-offs, or high-volume periods
- Stock vending machines, rotate product, and maintain clean machines
- Accurately collect and record cash and cashless payments
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or product issues
- Communicate clearly with management regarding daily route status
Schedule & Work Expectations
- Flexible availability for varying routes and schedules
- Typical work hours fall between 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shift length may vary from shorter days to 8–12 hour shifts
- Hours may increase during vacations, call-offs, or peak seasons
- Early mornings are required
What We’re Looking For
- Someone seeking a long-term, stable position
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum 3-year clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card prior to the first day of employment
- A valid Michigan driver's license is required. A Michigan Chauffeur's License is required (or must be obtained before employment) for positions involving the delivery of company products.
- Strong reliability and attendance history
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with accurate cash and product handling
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable driving in all weather and road conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of repetitive lifting, standing, walking, and physical activity
- Strong safety awareness and stamina
