~If so, Clean Slate is looking for you! We are in search of next level Team Lead Cleaners that take the utmost pride in their work and want to make a difference. Leaders are responsible for cleaning residential, vacation rentals and commercial businesses.

Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must Be able to lead a team, manage the day and schedule and ensure all houses are cleaned to the highest standards
- Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail, passion for cleaning and able to problem solve when needed
- Responsible for maintaining equipment, supplies and making sure employees have necessary supplies for the day
- Must be able to work with different personalities, be supportive and train new employees as needed
- Must be able to problem solve, make best judgement calls and handle the team well under pressure
- Leaders are given gas reimbursement due to travel requirement in the Seacoast of Maine and NH
- Serious Inquiries Only and MUST have prior cleaning experience and strong leadership skills
