We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations for our Auntie Anne’s & Jamba location. If you’re passionate about leadership, customer service, and great food, we’d love to meet you!
Position: Store Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for both Auntie Anne’s & Jamba
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food preparation
- Handle cash controls, deposits, and basic reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards
- Drive sales and meet performance goals
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in food service or retail preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, responsible, and customer-focused
