Done Right Chimney is seeking a dependable, hard-working Laborer/Field Assistant to support our field operations team. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and potential for long-term advancement in chimney inspection, masonry, and stove installation.
What You’ll Do:

Assist chimney technicians with job site setup and cleanup.

Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment.

Transport supplies to rooftops and designated work areas.

Help with chimney sweeping prep, liner staging, and basic installations.

Keep trucks and the shop organized and clean.

Follow safety procedures and instructions from the lead technician.

Climb ladders and access rooftops as part of daily duties.
What We’re Looking For:

Physically fit with ability to lift 80+ lbs.

Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in elevated areas.

Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Prior experience in construction or roofing is a plus, but not required.
