Key Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Associate, you are the face and voice of our shop. You will educate customers, build value in our premium services, and close the deal. Your main duties will include:
- Customer Consultation: Greet walk-in customers and handle incoming phone calls/digital leads with a high-energy, helpful attitude.
- Drive Sales: Educate clients on the benefits of our window film, PPF, and Ceramic Coating options, effectively upselling premium packages.
- Quote & Close: Provide accurate pricing quotes, overcome objections, and hit monthly sales goals to maximize your commission.
- Schedule & Coordinate: Manage the booking calendar, schedule appointments accurately, and check in vehicles for service.
- Teamwork: Communicate closely with our installation technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
- Showroom Pride: Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality (Experience as an automotive service advisor or in a tint/detail shop is a huge plus, but we will train the right person!).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, invoicing, and messaging customers.
- Traits: Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and driven by a strong sense of integrity.
- Passion: A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a hunger to drive sales and maximize your earning potential.
