Position Summary:
As a Powersports Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers seeking service and repair for their motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other Powersports vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless service experience by effectively communicating customer needs, coordinating service appointments, and managing service workflow. You will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our customers and contributing to their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide accurate information regarding service options and recommendations.
Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments and manage service workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. Maintain clear communication with technicians regarding customer concerns and ensure appropriate work is performed.
Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate costs clearly to customers. Provide information on service packages, warranties, additional service recommendations, and financing options.
Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history.- Ensure all service transactions are processed accurately in the system.
Sales and Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Powersports products, services, and industry trends. Promote service specials, accessories, and additional products that meet customer needs.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with service technicians, parts department, and management to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service processes and personal skills.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the Powersports industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Powersports vehicles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using service management software.
Valid driver’s license.

Preferred, but Not Required:
- Service Advisor experience
- Powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or related industry experience
- Parts department experience or familiarity identifying parts and components
- Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, coffee shops, customer support, or other customer-facing roles
