Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager position:
- Registered nurse with a current valid Pennsylvania license with a current valid Pennsylvania license. BSN recommended.
- Two [2] years home health experience with roles reflective of progressive responsibility, including supervision in home health.
- Knowledge base of agency policies, federal and state regulations and third-party payers
- Exhibits strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence of leadership activities
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state
- Experienced with computers and electronic health record software/documentation.
What you’ll do as a Clinical Manager:
- Leading and supporting a dedicated clinical team
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring compliance with care standards
- Mentoring, training, and empowering staff
- Collaborating with leadership to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Fostering a respectful, positive work culture where everyone feels heard
