Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Portable Restroom Service Driver to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of portable restrooms at various locations. The Service Driver will be responsible for the safe delivery, servicing, and upkeep of portable restroom units, ensuring they are fully stocked and maintained to meet our high hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a specialized service truck to transport portable restrooms to and from designated locations.
- Clean and empty portable restrooms regularly, adhering to established hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
- Restock essential supplies, including toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and deodorizer, as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure the optimal functionality of portable restroom units.
- Maintain accurate records of service routes, inventory levels, and completed maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure the service truck and storage areas are organized and clean at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class E driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate a commercial vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum age of 23 years old.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the sanitation industry.
- At least three year of experience as a route driver.
