Job Summary
Pioneer Conveyor seeking a skilled and reliable Production Welder to join their manufacturing team in Bruceton Mills, WV. In this role, you will operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal components together in a high-volume assembly line environment. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, maintaining strict safety standards, and ensuring all finished pieces conform to quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Welding Tasks: Execute high-quality welds.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to plan layouts.
- Setup & Fabrication: Set up welding machines, adjust voltage/amperage, clamp parts.
- Quality Inspection: Examine workpieces for defects, measuring dimensions with tape measures or templates to ensure precision.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace. Always use proper PPE.
