JOB
Perform administrative and general office duties in support of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court. Provide customer service to clients regarding division and administrative processes. Hours of WorkGenerally, 8am- 5pm Monday - Friday
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Answer correspondence pertaining to the division or department; compile various reports as requestedProcess incoming/outgoing correspondence for urgency and distribute correspondence to appropriate person(s)Assist customers with basic and complex questions over the phone, in person or by mailTroubleshoot and repair equipment when it is not working properlyMaintain Office suppliesRoute phone calls to appropriate personnel or department, return calls and take messages as neededAssist with drug testing; deliver urine samples, assist with DNA screeningThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities.
