Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and skilled in adapting to children’s individual needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
