RX services is looking for a Pharmacist in Charge to join our team. This position is responsible for the administration and management of the pharmacy, including scheduling, dispensing, inventory and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. The Pharmacist in Charge will also be responsible for the management of the pharmacy staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluation and development, and scheduling. This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday work week.

- Proven work experience as a pharmacist in charge or other pharmacy role
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy management techniques as it relates to patient care
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Problem-solving capability
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
