About Us
A Clean Routine is a professionally operated commercial cleaning company serving the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. We partner with motivated, independent contractors to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, and retail locations. We are fully insured and bonded, and we take pride in building long-term relationships with the contractors who represent our brand.
About the Opportunity
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to clean professional commercial spaces throughout the Atlanta area. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated professionals who want flexible work with real growth potential. As our client base expands, top-performing contractors may be offered W-2 employment, but we are equally committed to long-term contractor relationships for those who prefer that arrangement.
Note: These are true independent contractor positions. Contractors set their own schedules, use their own supplies and equipment, and are responsible for their own taxes. We retain no control over how work is performed, only the agreed-upon end result and quality standards.
What We Offer
- Flexible scheduling — Accept jobs that fit your availability
- Weekly pay — Direct deposit every Friday upon invoice confirmation
- Consistent work opportunities — Regular clients mean predictable income
- Clear job scopes — Detailed specs provided so you know exactly what each job requires
- Background check covered — We cover the cost of your required background check upon onboarding
- Growth potential — Top contractors may be offered W-2 positions as we grow
- Immediate start — Begin earning within days of onboarding

General Liability Insurance — Tiered Requirement
We want to make this opportunity accessible to qualified contractors at every stage of their business. Our GL insurance requirement is tiered based on assignment type:
Tier 1 — General Office & Retail Assignments: GL insurance is strongly recommended but not required on day one. New contractors have a 30–60 day grace period to obtain coverage. After that window, proof of insurance is required to continue accepting assignments.
Tier 2 — Medical Facility Assignments: GL insurance with a minimum of $1M coverage is required before your first assignment. No exceptions. This is a standard client requirement for all medical facility vendors.
Tip: Affordable GL policies for cleaning contractors start at approximately $25–35/month through providers like Next Insurance. We are happy to point you in the right direction during onboarding.
