Pay: $75,000–$200,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission)

No roofing experience? No problem. We provide training for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Perform complimentary roof inspections for homeowners.
- Identify storm, wind, and hail damage.
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claim options.
- Schedule appointments and meet with homeowners.
- Prepare and present estimates.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM.
- Represent NW Elite Roofing professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
