About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, "old school" sales professional who knows how to build genuine rapport and close the deal. We specialize in high-impact lifestyle products like massage chairs, mattresses, and adjustable bases. This role requires a unique blend of traditional face-to-face sales excellence and modern e-commerce technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Engage with customers in our showroom and online to guide them to the perfect purchase.
- Strong Closer: Use your experience to overcome objections and successfully close sales for high-ticket items.
- Omnichannel Support: Manage orders through our Shopify store while maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks.
- Data Accuracy: Perform precise data entry for sales orders and inventory updates.
- Digital Multitasking: Navigate a fast-paced Windows environment, comfortably managing multiple browser tabs and software simultaneously.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Old School Service: A "people person" with a professional demeanor and a commitment to five-star customer service.
- Proven Closing Ability: Experience in commission-based sales or high-ticket retail is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Windows and experienced with Shopify and QuickBooks.
- Detail Oriented: Strong literacy for processing complex orders and financing.
