Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to support daily manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will assist with machine operation, material handling, product packing, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while adhering to all company quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Load raw materials onto production lines and unload finished products as required.
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for storage or dispatch.
- Monitor product quality and promptly report any shortages, defects, damages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all company hygiene, health, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
- Support the production team in meeting daily output and performance targets.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
