Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time (includes one weekend day); potential FT
Available Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (½-hour lunch);
USA Guided Tours LLC was founded in 2013 and is the top-rated sightseeing /transportation service provider in the National Capital Region. Our services, range from public and private sightseeing tours, to multi-forms of transportation.
USAGT is in search of an experienced Accounting Assistant (for Falls Church, VA office) who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide superb customer service
- Create, review, and file commission reports
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy
- Track and verify general invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
- Trace and verify concierge, vendors, and subcontractor payments
- Trace and verify hotel payment vouchers
- Review and pay traffic violations
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Keen eye for detail / Detail-oriented

- Naturally Organized
- Friendly, professional voice / demeanor for phone call follow-ups
- Proven experience in accounting practices and software
- Reliable / flexible schedule
Note: Company contributes towards insurance premium (FT Staff Only) and half of the group dental and vision insurance
This will turn into a remote position.
