Qualifications and Skills
· Strong understanding of plumbing systems
· Knowledge of codes and regulations per county
· Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose accordingly
· Communication skills and customer service skills
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail
· Multitasking working with pvc, cpvc, pex, copper and cast iron
· basic math and measurement conversions
· working with supply houses and stocking of the shop
· ability to know the next step, learn quickly and ask questions
· know when to ask for help
Requirements
· 2 years’ experience as a plumber
· Be on time
· Valid drivers license
· Pass a drug test/background test
Day to day responsibilities
· Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
· Collaborate with general contractors, and other professionals during construction
· Collaborate with supply houses and in house to know what materials you need
· Stock and re stock as needed
What we offer
· $ 20.00 - $35.00 an hour (based on experience)
· Room to grow-pay increases
· Paid time off after 90-day evaluation- 1 week, 2 personal days, and 2 sick days
· 2 weeks PTO after 1 year evaluation
