UE LINE INC is seeking an Experienced Driver Recruiter to hire CDL Class A Flatbed / Step-Deck drivers.
This is a full-time, in-office 1099 Independent Contractor position. We are looking exclusively for recruiters with hands-on experience recruiting open-deck CDL drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire CDL Class A Flatbed and Step-Deck drivers
- Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, follow-ups)
- Pre-qualify drivers (experience, record, compliance)
- Clearly explain pay, equipment & expectations
- Coordinate with Safety & HR
- Maintain accurate updates in Tenstreet & internal systems
Requirements
- Required: Previous CDL driver recruiting experience
- Required: Proven experience recruiting Flatbed and Step-Deck (Open Deck) drivers
- Strong knowledge of the trucking industry and FMCSA hiring requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Tenstreet experience preferred
