Treasure Keeper Inc. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing e-commerce business. We specialize in unique collectibles, gifts, and vintage items sold across multiple online marketplaces.
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, works well independently, and isn't afraid to learn new skills.
Schedule
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Monday availability is required
- Work 3–4 days per week
- Remaining workdays are flexible
- Typical hours are between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM
- No weekends, except for occasional Saturdays during the peak holiday shipping season
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
- Safely package fragile collectibles and specialty items
- Create online product listings using our inventory software
- Write basic product descriptions and upload photos
- Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist with other warehouse and e-commerce tasks as needed - We’re a small team. Sometimes we all just pitch in and figure it out. If you’re someone who says, “that’s not my job,” this probably isn’t your job.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Previous warehouse, shipping, e-commerce, retail, or inventory experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver who is positive, and enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day. One moment you may be carefully packing a collectible, and the next you may be creating an online listing for a vintage figurine. No two days are exactly the same!

This job is NOT for you if:
- You want to be a cog in a well-oiled repetitive machine. There are tons of great jobs that need people to do repetitive and clear tasks, but that’s not what we need. We need someone who is game for whatever the day brings.
- Drama seems to follow you. We’re creating a place where people enjoy being at work and drama is not welcome here. Most times if drama follows you, you’re the one causing it. It may sound harsh, but it’s usually true and we’re much too busy for drama here. (If this offended you, this job is also not for you :P)
- You break into a sweat at the thought of light physical work - You'll be working in a warehouse with limited climate control, pulling orders, packing boxes & listing.
