Responsibilities
Attend your first virtual meeting on zoom, after applying.
- Take the new agent training from the start and follow the steps in your guide one by one with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences, ensuring tailored trip recommendations.
- Design comprehensive travel itineraries that include flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and safety considerations to ensure smooth journeys.
- Manage bookings efficiently across airlines, hotels, car rentals, tour operators and much more while maintaining attention to detail.
- Offer ongoing support before, during, and after trips to address any changes or issues that may arise.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, promotions, and industry updates to provide current and valuable guidance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, travel planning within the hospitality or tourism industry_ is a Plus but not required._
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to organize detailed itineraries efficiently while managing multiple client requests.
- Passion for travel with a proactive attitude toward learning about new destinations and industry developments.
