Own complete setups and see your impact in real time on quality and throughput.

Work with modern 3–4 axis mills and proven CAM tools.

Collaborate with a supportive crew focused on continuous improvement.

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.

Read/interpret drawings and blueprints to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Control feeds, speeds, and toolpaths to maintain spec and surface finish.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Verify parts against requirements using advanced inspection methods.

Partner with teammates to reduce cycle time and improve processes.

Uphold housekeeping and safety standards on the shop floor.

High school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education/certification preferred).

Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or in a comparable position.

Ability to read/interpret technical prints and apply GD&T.

Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and workholding strategies.
