Air West A/C Inc. is looking for 2 experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team.
We are a full-service company not sales company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC/R service technician, with expertise in residential and commercial systems.
- Possess relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC/R, as required by local and state regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems, electrical components, and refrigeration principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
- Clean Driving Record
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Residential & Light Commercial systems.
- Opportunity to earn commissions through informing Customers on buying decisions.
- Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on HVAC Systems
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software.
- Engage with customers/clients to inform them of solutions and outcomes.
- Recommend product and services for optimal performance.
