Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards. In this vital role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure that all guest areas, guest rooms, and public spaces meet the highest quality standards. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and back-of-house facilities
- Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
- Monitor cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify quality standards are met or exceeded
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy forecasts and operational needs
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues related to cleanliness or service quality
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry operations, and janitorial best practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with housekeeping management systems or related software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and management clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
- Prior hospitality or hotel experience is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality standards will be an advantage

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
