Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work
- Attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and safely
