Job Description:
Luca is seeking an experienced Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, and guest-focused, with prior experience in a fast-paced dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Communicate effectively with servers and management
- Maintain a smooth guest flow during peak service times
- Provide an exceptional first and last impression for all guests
Requirements:
- Prior host/hostess experience required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation:
- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
