The Patient Services Team Lead must have experience and show expertise in the duties of the Patient Services
Representative. The Patient Services Representative Team Lead is the go-to person for day-to-day questions and
guidance on operational policies and procedures relating to the Patient Services team while performing the duties of the
Senior Patient Services Representative. The PS Team Lead will play a role in training and retraining teammates. They are
accountable for ensuring end-of-day tasks, holds, slips and clinical inboxes are monitored daily within MCR Health
policies and procedures. The PS Team Lead is responsible for communicating any site-level issues to the Office
Manager, Patient Access Manager, or Practice Administrator immediately.
What you need to bring to this role:

Minimum of High School Graduate or GED equivalent- must supply verification

At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume impact environment, preferably in a healthcare field preferred
