Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift
Assisting with keeping the kitchen, floors, sinks, and work areas clean and sanitary
Properly storing clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated locations
Assisting kitchen staff with basic cleaning, organizing, and stocking as needed
Taking out trash and recycling and maintaining proper waste disposal procedures
Assisting with receiving, organizing, and putting away deliveries when needed
Following all kitchen sanitation, food safety, and health department standards
Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Completing closing cleaning duties and ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned and ready for the next shift
