Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Serve and maintain route customers according to company standards and procedures.
- Report issues encountered on service routes to management.
- Keep your service vehicle organized and properly stocked with necessary products.
- Maintain a safe driving record and be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
We’re Looking for Candidates Who Are:
- Independent, confident, and take initiative.
- Great with time management and problem-solving on the go.
- Positive and professional with both customers and team members.
- Experience in pest control or a service-oriented field is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus!
