We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a growing manufacturing organization in Coventry, RI. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR responsibilities.

What You'll Do
As the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting employees, managers, and leadership by:
- Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives
- Leading performance management and annual review processes
- Supporting employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary actions
- Developing leadership, career pathing, and employee development programs
- Managing onboarding and new hire orientation
- Administering FMLA, leave programs, and HR compliance
- Supporting recruiting efforts when needed
- Managing HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS data
- Assisting with compensation, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives
- Developing and improving HR processes and best practices
- Maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to support employees and managers
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and organizational initiatives
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, FMLA, and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
- Experience supporting a blue-collar workforce
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification
- ADP Workforce Now experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Master's degree in Human Resources (a plus)
