Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly financial transactions, including balancing accounts and preparing audit reports to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, providing a warm welcome and seamless departure experience.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person, offering solutions that enhance their stay.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests with reservations or information.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure all records are accurate and complete for management review.
- Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services such as billing inquiries, room assignments, and resolving issues swiftly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and guest services procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and security protocols within a resort or hotel setting.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining alertness and attention to detail.
