Keller Williams Realty Portland Central is hiring a Strategic Agent Growth Partner to help grow one of Portland’s most agent-focused real estate brokerages.
This is not a traditional recruiter role.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven growth position for someone who likes talking to people, working a process, following up consistently, and being rewarded for results.
Our approach is direct prospecting. That means this role is built around outreach, conversations, appointments, follow-up, and relationship building. We are not looking for someone who waits for leads to be handed to them. We are looking for someone who can create opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to real estate agents in the Portland metro market
- Build relationships with agents over time through calls, texts, emails, social media, events, training classes, and follow-up
- Set appointments for agents to come and meet with you to determine if KW is a better fit for their business than their current firm
- Consult with candidates and seek out getting them to onboard with us
- Track prospects, conversations, next steps, and follow-up in a clear system
- Invite agents to trainings, events, office visits, and career conversations
- Help agents understand the value of joining KW Portland Central
- Work directly with the CEO and Productivity Coaching team to support brokerage growth
What Winning Looks Like
Our brokerage goal is to gross 14+ recruited agents per month.
Each Strategic Agent Growth Partner is expected to recruit:
- Minimum: 8 agents per month
- Target: 10 agents per month
This role is measured by conversations, appointments, follow-up, recruits, and quality of agents attracted to the company.
Compensation
This role includes a base salary plus performance bonus.
- Base salary: $55,000
- Bonus: 10% of recruited agents’ company dollar contribution during their first 12 months
- Bonus: 5% of recruited agents’ company dollar contribution during their second 12 months
A person meeting the minimum standards should have the ability to earn approximately $90,000+.
Strong performers may earn $100,000–$140,000+.
The base provides stability. The upside rewards performance.
