Looking for a full time experienced infant teacher for hire to join our dedicated team of educators in a small, close knit, team oriented, joyful center. Looking to hire as soon as possible or the end of August for the right candidate. This is a year round position.
A Nurture and Nature teacher must be able and willing to work successfully in a team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand infants cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed.
Teachers must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, resolve parental concerns and willing to ask questions as needed and provide assistance as needed.
We are looking for warm, nurturing, gentle, dependable, capable people. Candidates must enjoy the outdoors (in all weather), laugh easily with joy, cherish and value infant education, understand toddler speak, happily answer a multitude of questions from inquisitive preschoolers, speak with parents in a caring and professional manner, and be a team player everyday.
