Job Summary:
REALPROS Management is a fast-growing property management company is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify maintenance issues.
- Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.
- Assist in unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and repairs before new residents move in.
- Maintain common areas, including exterior grounds.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls outside of normal work hours as needed.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools needed for repairs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC certification (EPA) is a plus.
