Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for dispatching
- Schedule jobs, and ensure that work orders are fulfilled
- Monitor fleet movements using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals and optimized routing plans
- Communicate clearly and professionally via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to address customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with teams on technician schedules, availability, and priority jobs using Service Titan.
Experience
- Proven experience in dispatching is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with dispatching management systems such as Service Titan is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for reviewing logistics data to improve overall performance.
- Proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in all dispatching activities.
