Revolution Orthotics & Prosthetics is a growing, family-owned orthotic and prosthetic practice dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We are seeking an ABC-certified Prosthetist (CP or CPO) who is passionate about delivering outstanding clinical outcomes and wants to be part of a practice where quality of care always comes first.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized prosthetic treatment plans
- Perform prosthetic assessments, measurements, castings, and digital scanning
- Design, fit, align, and adjust upper and lower extremity prostheses
- Provide gait training, follow-up care, and long-term prosthetic management
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation
- Assist with treatment planning, insurance documentation, and medical necessity justification
- Participate in practice growth through relationship-building with referral sources and community outreach
- Mentor residents or students as the practice expands (if applicable)
Qualifications
Required
- ABC Certification as a Certified Prosthetist (CP) or Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO)
- Eligible for state licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Preferred
- Experience with microprocessor knees and feet
- Experience with upper extremity prosthetics
- Digital scanning and CAD/CAM experience
- Interest in helping grow a progressive private practice

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance bonus opportunities.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
