<Responsibilities>
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, cocktails, and beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to food safety and food handling standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for transactions, sales tracking, and cash handling
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Assist in food preparation and serving snacks or light menu items as needed
- Uphold all food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
<Requirements>
- Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
- Mixology experience with the ability to craft classic and innovative cocktails confidently
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation, and food industry best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
