Job Title: Delivery Driver- CDL Class A License
Pleas note: this is a TEMPORARY POSITION.
Delivery Driver Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make deliveries to customers, with or without prior orders,
- Make sales tickets or invoices- obtaining signatures, proof of receipt and payment,
- Pick up empties,
- Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made,
- Report service maintenance and/or mechanical issues to supervisor and mechanic.
- Assist in any work given by direct supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
- Ability to drive safely.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid CDL Class A license and clean driving record.
- Experience of 1+ years driving with CDL Class A license- preferred
Pay:
- Monday-Friday Dayshift position
- Hourly: $30-$35/ hour
