Your tasks
- Separate planning and development of logistics structure and material flow concepts.
- Designing and enhancing logistical strategies and project decision documents alongside all planning stakeholders, ensuring economic viability and operational safety.
- Optimization of material flows in consideration of lean production and lean logistics.
- Economic assessment of alternative concepts.
- Identifying required actions and capital expenditures for the integration of new products into existing systems.
- Planning and update of logistics layouts.
- Overseeing project coordination and progress monitoring with domestic and international suppliers and technical departments.
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical or business degree in the fields of Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar field
- Experience in material flow planning, warehouse planning or supermarket planning in the automotive industry
- Profound experience with the analysis and optimization of supply chains
- Knowledge of Lean Methodologies
- Technical knowledge about different potential line supply methods and technologies
- Project management experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Visio
- Sound knowledge of MicroStation
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience in time studies and MTM
- Business fluent in English

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
