Qualifications:
- Active Ohio School Psychologist License required
- Previous experience supporting elementary-age children preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students needing behavioral, academic, or emotional support
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to address student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Participate in the IEP process, from initial eligibility meetings through regular reviews
- Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
- Support the development and implementation of school-wide positive behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with ethical guidelines and district procedures
