Prepare and preheat steel molds with torches for accurate casting.

Prepare and clean molten aluminum; load subassemblies into molds.
-
Pour castings and actively monitor production processes.
-
Conduct in-process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and measurement gauges.
-
Cut, clean, deburr, and grind cast parts.
-
Use wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers; read work orders and follow instructions.
-
Maintain equipment and keep work areas organized and safe.
-
Support team production targets while adhering to safety procedures.
-
Hands-on background preferred: manufacturing, production, construction, roofing, landscaping, warehouse, military, mechanical, or industrial.

Comfort working in a hot environment; able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Physically active—comfortable bending, kneeling, and standing throughout the shift.

Basic math, measurement, and computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Proficiency with basic hand tools and a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Saturday overtime available
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM | Friday overtime available as needed
