We are currently seeking a Locum MD (Medical Doctor) Radiology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services in the field of radiology. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatment plans for patients, making a significant impact on their health outcomes. As a Locum MD Radiology, you will be involved in a variety of medical imaging projects, utilizing your skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Performing and interpreting diagnostic imaging tests such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.

Ensuring the accuracy and quality of radiology reports.

Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines during imaging procedures.

Providing guidance and supervision to radiologic technologists and other staff.

Staying updated on the latest advancements and technologies in the field of radiology.

Communicating effectively with patients to explain procedures and results.

Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and outcomes.
- Medical degree (MD) and board certification in Radiology.

Possession of a valid state medical license.

Demonstrated experience in interpreting a variety of imaging studies.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Weeknight and weekend call required
Annual Volume: 400-500 IR cases per year
Patient Population: Pediatrics
EMR: Epic, Sentrax
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
