Our hygiene model is simple: one patient per hour, no assisted hygiene, no double-booked columns, and strong doctor support.
- $50–$55/hour typical range, based on experience

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will be supported with digital scanners, CBCT, AI technology, intraoral cameras, Cavitrons, portable X-rays, digital sensors, Isolite / Relief suction system, hands-free perio charting, hands-free voice note dictation, dual monitors, patient education monitors, Blueprint Academy, and a private hygiene WhatsApp community.
