General Responsibilities:
An Associate II position requires great communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
Dedication to maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency will directly contribute to ASD’s mission of
providing exceptional customer service to our customers and providers. The goal is to ensure the Veteran,
Personal Care Worker and Vendor receive efficient, complete, and timely onboarding. The Associate II position
requires limited direction while preparing and processing fiscal activities and other transactions to ensure
compliance with federal, state, waiver, and funding agency guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees Veteran caregiver enrollment through lifecycle.
- Enter documents accurately into FMS systems efficiently and timely.
- Reviews all documents for completeness and accuracy, obtaining missing information as necessary
- Effectively communicates professionally with Veterans, Caregivers, Case Managers and funding agencies.
- Leads and/ or manages multiple projects and work assignments
- Provides timely and accurate communications to stakeholders at all levels.
- Assist Veterans/PCW with completing an array of program-specific documents (i.e. onboarding documents, timesheets)
- Follows up on any missing or incomplete documents with Veterans, PCW and or Case Managers in atimely manner.
- Ensure all timesheets are reviewed and processed by the payroll deadlines
- Review timesheets after they have been processed to ensure all payroll issues are resolved before payroll runs.
- Maintains an excellent rapport with participants/veterans, workers, and or case managers
- Produces, reviews and analyzes reports as necessary and providing feedback to management when opportunities for process improvements arise
- Maintains proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel
- Work with limited direction, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed
Who You Are:
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- General math, clerical, data entry, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
- Work independently, with limited direction, and excellent time management skills.
- Manage multiple projects and work assignments
- Experience providing customer experience to Participants, Caregivers and Clients
- Experience with referral enrollment, ideally at an FEA/ FMS
