We are looking for a Warehouse Associate
· Check that incoming and outgoing shipments meet the specifications described in the work order (sales order, purchase order)
· Shipping and receiving merchandise. SAP System
· Responsible for maintain the accuracy of inventory
· Responsible for products to be shipped to customers by different carriers such as FedEx and UPS
· Organize warehouse space
· Receive, download and distribute products as required (allocate products for each work order) and then place incoming inventory items appropriately (update location of products in stock control)
· Take pictures of the items you receive or ship daily in the warehouse and store them in the v drive so that everyone has access
· Report to Supervisor any discrepancies (incomplete purchase orders, products with a different number or a different name than the one indicated in the order, etc.)
· Keep updated the names of the products on the shelves
· Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
· Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
· Fill out the forms for which you are responsible (allocation, control stock etc.)
· Identify nonconforming products and report them to the area manager
Other Duties
· Assist in annual inventory count and cycle count
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Back up Driver
Requirements:
· Proven warehouse experience
. Computer skills
· Ability to operate Forklift , hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
· Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
· Team player with organizational skills
· Ability to lift or move heavy products
· High school diploma
. Bilingual preferred
